    • ALMADA, Portugal (July 17) - Behind a record-breaking 28-point performance from University of Arizona standout Michael Wright, the 1999 USA Men's Junior World Championship Team was almost tripped up by Greece (1-1), but recovered to take a 92-87 victory over the defending Junior World Champions in Almada, Portugal.
