Starting first baseman ... Posted the best fielding percentage (.993) by an Arizona first baseman since Marc Wing in 1983 ... Third on the team in on-base percentage (.393) in Pac-10 play ... Had a .432 on-base percentage leading off an inning ... Did not commit an error over his last 32 games (259 consecutive chances) ... Went 7-for-13 (.538) with three doubles and six RBI vs. Washington State (4/17-18), including a 4-for-6 performance in the second game of a doubleheader (4/17) ...
