              UA Soccer Plays Colorado College to Scoreless Tie 
               
              TUCSON, Ariz. -- Despite outshooting its opponent, 20-8, the University of Arizona women's soccer team played Colorado College to a 0-0 tie in overtime in front of a crowd of 344 at Murphey Stadium on Sunday.
              Arizona junior forward CHRISSY SANFORD (Newbury, CA/Newbury Park HS) recorded a game-high four shots, while junior midfielder BROOKE McMANUS (San Diego, CA/San Pasqual HS) and sophomore forward KIM McGEHEE (San Diego, CA/La Costa Canyon HS) had three shots each. Two Colorado College players - Kasey Clark and Corrine Roberge - registered two shots apiece. 
              Wildcat sophomore goalkeeper SHANNON MONTI (Phoenix, AZ/Shadow Mountain HS) recorded a pair of saves to earn her second shutout of the season. Tiger goalkeeper Kristin Masunaga tallied six saves and shutout number six on the year. 
              The tie ends a four-game losing skid for Arizona, which moves to 6-8-1 on the year, and Colorado College goes to 8-6-2 overall. The Wildcats resume Pac-10 play next weekend, heading for the Pacific Northwest to play at Washington State on Friday, Oct. 29, at 2 p.m., then the Cats are at Washington on Sunday, Oct. 31, for a 12 p.m. PST match.
