Wildcat Kickoff on 4th Avenue

8pm-11pm

Hut Parking Lot on 4th Avenue (across the street from OMalleys) look for the inflatable helmet! Arizona Athletics will be selling
student season tickets (come with exclusive UA T-shirt). There will also be players and cheerleaders interaction, helmet car, passing
contests. Football hostesses and Arizona Allegiance will be in attendance to help.

Norteno Music Festival

4pm-11pm

Music festival on South 4th Avenue across from the Tucson Greyhound Park at 36th Street. Arizona Athletics will have a booth to
hand out football and volleyball posters, schedule cards and Junior Wildcat Applications. Interactive contests will occur.

Saturday

August 26

Sidewinders Game

7pm

Tucson Electric Park. Arizona Athletics will have a booth to hand out football and volleyball posters, schedule cards and Junior
Wildcat Applications.

Sunday

August 27

Park Place opening

12pm-3pm

Park Place inside mall concourse at KFMA booth. Arizona Athletics will have a booth to hand out football and volleyball posters,
schedule cards and Junior Wildcat Applications. Selling football season tickets and interactive contests.

Monday

August 28 &29

Student Season Ticket Promotion

11am-3pm

UA Mall across from Student Union. Arizona Athletics will be selling student season tickets (free T-shirt with sale), interactive
inflatable contests, Arizona Allegiance, players and cheerleaders involvement. Giving out posters and schedule cards.

Wednesday

August 30

Meet the Team

6:30pm-8:30pm

Arizona Stadium. This event will focus on kids, and there will be interactive drills with the football players and coaches for kids
under 13 years of age. There will be free posters, food and beverages. Player autographs, and people can meet Wilbur, Wilma and
UA Cheerleaders. Children ca n have their pictures taken dressed in Arizona football helmet, pads and jersey.

Arizona Football Tailgate 2000

Wildcat Tailgating has become a great tradition in recent years and an important part of the Arizona football experience. Tailgates are utilized by individuals to entertain small groups of friends and by large companies to reward employees or entertain corporate partners, clients and associates.

Wildcat Tailgating offers a wide range of options, from first-come first serve parking to large scale corporate packages for 25 to 1,000+ guests. These packages can also include catering, tent, tables, chairs, entertainment and game tickets.

The Wildcat Club is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

ONLY SEASON passes for Reserved Tailgates and First-Come, First Serve Tailgates on Gittings Lawn and the UA Mall will be on sale beginning May 1, 2000

ONLY SINGLE GAME passes on the Student Union Area-UA Mall for Reserved Tailgates and First-Come, First Serve Tailgates will be on sale beginning May 1, 2000 and will NOT be available for the football games on October 14 or November 11.

All other SINGLE GAME passes for Reserved Tailgates and First-Come, First Serve Tailgates will be on sale beginning August 14, 2000.

Confirmation
The Wildcat Club will confirm your RESERVED space by sending you a map and a parking permit(s), two weeks prior to the game, upon receipt of your (1) payment, (2) reservation form, and (3) proof of insurance for groups of 100 or more. Unfortunately, refunds will not be given due to inclement weather.<

Parking Permits
ALL vehicles will be required to display a Tailgate Parking permit obtained from The Wildcat Club Office for all RESERVED and FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE tailgates; SERVICE VEHICLES INCLUDED. If any vehicle does not have a permit, it will NOT be allowed onto the tailgate grounds.

Tailgate Hours
Pre-game: RESERVED and FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE tailgate grounds open 5 hours prior to kick-off. Post-game: must be cleared within 1 hour after the conclusion of the game. Our exclusive tent company will set up 5 hours prior to kick-off and take down during the game. Caterers must purchase a tailgate pass and coordinate set-up and service time in accordance with tailgate guidelines.

Catering
All RESERVED Tailgate parties have the option of having their tailgate catered. Contact The Wildcat Club at (520) for a suggested list of caterers. All caterers must purchase a catering pass to enter the tailgate area. Catering season passes are $100 and single game passes are $25.

A reserved space in the tailgate area.
Colorful tent(s) including tables, chairs, plastic table clothes and garbage cans.
One complimentary parking permit for each 30'x30' space.
Additional parking permits are priced at $50.
Option to purchase Economy game tickets. Orders will be filled according to the date payment is received. Upgraded tickets are also available for many games.
Minimum number of people required is 25.
All tent orders will be handled by the UA tailgating staff.

Spaces are assigned in the order vehicles arrive and placed one next to the other.
The Arizona Tailgate staff will attempt, but cannot guarantee to provide 8 to 10 feet of space adjacent to each vehicle.
