High School: A four-year letterman at A&M Consolidated High School in
College Station, Texas... A three-time All-District 15-5A golfer... Was the
medalist at the 1998 Spring Tiger Classic... Runner-up at the 1996 and 1999
Montgomery Invitational and was also the runner-up at the 1999 Marvin
Dameron Invitational... Recipient of his school's Kevin Gray Spirit
Award... Captain of the golf team for three years... Played for head coach
Danny Hayes.

Personal: John Robert Wine... Born 9-20-80 in Corsicana, Texas... Parents
are Bobby and Sherry Wine... Father attended Texas Tech and mother went to
Texas A&M... His dad also played collegiate golf at Western Texas College
in 1971-72... Father is a regional sales director for an automobile
financial service company, while his mother is an administrator... Has two
younger brother, James and Justin, who play high school golf, while a
sister, 10-year old Whitney competes in soccer and basketball... Plans on
majoring in marketing at Arizona with a career objective to go into marketing.
