Arizona: Did not compete and redshirted the 1998 season, but will be looked to for depth this year after a good freshman season two years ago...1999 Track and Field... Ran the team's No. 3 1,500m time of the year, a personal-best time of 3:48.18 at the Sun Angel Classic... Qualified for the Pac-10 Championships in the event, but did not advance to the final... In his second cross country meet as a freshman in 1997, he finished fifth at the Aztec Invitational with a time of 26:08... 12th at the Jammin' Invitational with a time of 25:46... 1998 Track and Field... Ran the team's third fastest 1,500m time, 3:49.98 at the Cardinal Qualifier... Earned a Mary P. Roby Academic Achievement Award.

High School: Attended De La Salle High School in Concord, Calif... Won eight letters, four each in cross country and track and field... Earned high school All-American honors in 1995 after placing 15th at the Foot Locker National Cross Country Championships as a junior... Did not compete in that meet as a senior because of an injury... Led his team to the California state championships in 1996... An all-state performer as a sophomore, junior and senior... Owns the school record in the 800m (1:53.18)... Has a personal best of 9:17.93 in the 3,200m and 4:12.13 in the mile... Was a member of De La Salle's 4x800m relay team that broke the school's 28-year old record for the event (7:41.35)... Named the Student Athlete of the Year as a senior... School Vice President and member of the honor society...  Captain of the cross country team all three years of high school.

Personal: Thomas Edward Prindiville... Born 10-17-78 in Walnut Creek, Calif... Son of James and Mary Prindiville... Planning to major in engineering... Mother is a teacher and dad is a phycisist... Both attended the University of San Francisco... Has a brother, Michael, who runs on the cross country and track and field teams at Stanford... Enjoys playing basketball, ultimate frisbee and listening to music.
