1996-97: Named the UA Most Improved Player... Finished fourth on squad in scoring (8.5 ppg) and third in rebounding (4.2 rpg)... Scored in double figures13 times... Doubled her career totals in every statistical category... Her 40 three-pointers made and 111 attempted were sixth and fifth, respectively, on the UA single-season top performances lists... Three-point shooting percentage (.360) was sixth-best season performance of all time... Was among conference assists and three-point shooting leaders all season... Missed four starts during season because of two separate concussions... Had six points, three rebounds and two assists off the bench at Georgia (3/16/97) in second round of NCAA Tourney... Pulled down five rebounds in each of three different games... In the NIT championship game versus Northwestern (3/23/96), had four assists and two rebounds... Was 2-of-3 from the field and 2-of-2 from the free throw line with one rebound and two assists against Arkansas (3/22/96) in the NIT second round... In the first round of the NIT, hit 3-of-4 from the line against Western Kentucky (3/21/96)... Had a season-high 11 points at Arizona State (1/13/96)... Collected eight assists against California (1/4/96)...

High School: At Page (Ariz.) High School, earned four letters each in basketball, volleyball and softball... Was captain of all three teams from 1992-95... Two-time USA Today Most Valuable Player for the state of Arizona... Also two-time USA Today honorable mention All-American... Selected as 1995 Gatorade Arizona Player of the Year... BCI Prep All-American... Four-time team MVP... Averaged 17 points, eight assists and six rebounds per game as a senior... Named to the Arizona High School All-Star Team... East-West All-Star selection... Four-year all-league and All-Arizona selection for basketball, volleyball and softball... One of the most prolific prep athletes ever to emerge from her area...
