Was a two-year varsity letterwinner on Newbury Park's football team as a place-kicker... Also a track standout, she was part of Newbury Park's school-record 4x100 relay team... An all-around athlete, she lettered three years in soccer and track and two years in football and swimming...

Has six younger brothers... Brother Paul plays football at California Lutheran University... Went to high school with UA quarterback, Keith Smith, and was on the JV football team during Smith's senior year.
