Jefferson and Gardner each had 15 points, and Walton added 14 for the Red team. Senior forward Eugene Edgerson had 22 points and a game-high 12 rebounds for the Blue team in his first game action since the 1999 Red-Blue game. He redshirted last season to complete his degree requirements as a student teacher in a kindergarten class. Senior center Loren Woods showed his back, which forced him to miss much of the Pacific-10 Conference season last year, is in good shape. He had 16 points for the Blue team, as well as six rebounds and three blocked shots. The Wildcats play their first outside competition Sunday, 5 p.m., in an exhibition against the EA Sports/California All Stars.
