Facility Reservations
The University of Arizona Athletics Department does offer the opportunity to rent and reserve some of the fine facilities at its control. Many of these venues, which includes but is not limited to, McKale Memorial Center, Arizona Stadium, and Drachman Track and Field Stadium are heavily used by the various Athletics Department teams thereby limiting their availability.
However, if your sponsoring group is interested, please follow the following directions:
Facility Reservations are made through the Event Management Office. In order to schedule the use of one of the athletics facilities, the potential renter must submit a proposal detailing the event specifications to the Director of Operations Mark Harlan. The letter must address the following points:
* Athletic Facility being requested
* Dates of Event
* Time of Event
* Purpose of Event
* A Contact Name and Phone Number for the organization

The letter may also be faxed to the following number .
Once the Event Management Office has received the letter, the renter will be contacted by telephone, at which time, the cost and availability of the facility being requested will be discussed.
