All-Metro League in 1995 and 1996... Member of the 1996 All-American Distance Medley Relay team that was ranked sixth in the nation by Track and Field News... Ran the 800m, 1,600m, 3,200m in track... Top time of 4:26 in the 1,600m and 9:41 in the 3,200m... Second in the Metro League Championships as a senior... Team was the 1995 state track and field champions... Cross country team placed sixth in the state his senior season...
